All digital download media (Saber fonts) sales are final and not eligible for return or refunds. All our sound fonts product pages have a video/sound demo for all customers to see and hear the sound fonts in action prior to making a purchase. This is done to set expectations and so everyone can make an informed purchasing decision if this item is right for you, prior to making the purchase.
